Paddlemania 2009

Hikin' - boatercross race

What: 11th annual Midwest Paddlemania - Hosted by Team Midwest Mountaineering. The premier whitewater event in Minnesota!

  • "Slot Machine" Showcase at 5pm
  • Raffle Prizes from Snap Dragon, IR, KAVU, NRS, Outdoor Play, & more
  • Guided trips down the Upper and Lower St. Louis River - all day Saturday and Sunday
  • Boat demos courtesy of Midwest Mountaineering - Jackson, Pyranna, Liquid Logic, Wave Sport
  • Free camping Saturday night at KCI
  • No entry fees
  • Prizes awarded to all participants

When: Saturday June 20th, 2009 starting at 11am

Where: St. Louis River - Carlton, MN. Meet in the KCI parking lot

Directions: County Road 210 exit off I-35. Go East and cross over river. KCI on left.

Water Level: 600 cfs scheduled release for Saturday and Sunday

Who: Everyone is welcome! whitewater kayakers/canoeists, spectators, families, pets
